It is company policy not to accept deficiency reports over the telephone with the exception of emergency situations. Emergency calls will receive priority attention.
Emergency numbers are to be used once everything has been double-checked (i.e. the electrical panel has been checked) and you feel this is your last resort.
Emergency numbers are to be used only after 5:30pm Monday-Friday and on Holidays and Weekends.
In the event that you experience an emergency during normal business hours; please call the Thornridge Homes Customer Service Department or your Onsite Service Representative.
Emergency calls are defined as follows:
- No Heat (furnace breakdown)
- No Hydro (no power to the electrical panel)
- Major Plumbing Leak or No Water (no water to the plumbing supply)
- No Hot Water
